From the very beginning of my bodybuilding journey I decided that I would make my own stage bikini. With a background and history with sewing and fashion I let my creativity out of the box and took my own creations to stage. Not once, not twice but at the time of finally launching the bikini biz I have made 5 couture bikinis (probably more by the time you’re reading this) all of which I wore for my shows. I created this guide to walk you through the entire process from beginning to end because I know first hand how overwhelming the process of a comp prep can be... no matter how many times you've done it.
