CUSTOM SERVICES: Any customised service such as couture bikinis, posing bikinis and embellishment services all have a strict no refund policy due to change of mind.This includes if you decide not to compete or your show date plans change. Returns or exchanges are permitted if an item is deemed faulty.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing.We recommend trying your garment on over your own clothing to check fit and comfort.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty. In such cases, please contact us with details and images of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent outside of this timeframe will be denied.
